Berks, Blair, Bradford, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wyoming, and York

Geisinger Gold MSA plan is available in the following Pennsylvania counties:

Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Union, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Northumberland, York, Berks, Sullivan, and Centre

Geisinger Gold Rx plans are available to all counties in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
